I just wanted to let you know how happy Danielle and I have been with the house. (We’ve finally unpacked almost everything, or at least threw it in the garage.) And the compliments from our friends and family have been non-stop. I’m always quick to give you both any glowing recommendations I can. Thank you very much for all the hard work! I still want to do the finishing design work we had talked about, so I’m saving up. Hopefully we can tackle that soon.

When my wife and I contemplated a massive remodel of our 1930′s vintage home, it was not without some serious trepidation. All we had ever heard about people’s experience with remodels were horror stories. Happily, we have none to relate. Roy and his team started and finished on time, everything ran as smoothly as can be imagined, and all rough spots paved over immediately. An example-during the rains of last year, remodel nearing completion, a massive tree branch fell on our just finished, new roof and simultaneously the basement began to flood. Roy had somebody diverting the flood within an hour, the tree branch was off the roof the next day and the roof was repaired by the end of the week. You need to find a special company to get that kind of service.
